My Expenses processes account and financial information only to provide budgeting, sharing, synchronization and subscription features requested by you.

Information we process

Account details, financial records you enter, application preferences, subscription status and limited diagnostic information required for security and reliability. The web platform does not provide receipt scanning or AI processing.

How information is protected

Data is encrypted in transit. Access is authenticated and restricted by database row-level security. Shared users receive only the overviews granted to them, and sensitive card balance details are withheld from collaborators.

Your choices

You may correct records, export information through available product tools, disable optional features, or permanently delete your account and financial data from Settings or the Delete Account page.
